Jay Ganesh Temple in Malvan is renowned for its architecture and Unique Ashtakon where you stand at the center to pray and Ganesha's 8 Ashtavinayak roop are placed on the roof circle. The temple was built by Jayant Salgaonkar, a businessman, historian, scholar, and writer, of Malvan town. The main sanctum is decorated with the gold-plated idol of Lord Ganesh accompanied by the statues of Riddhi Siddhi. Anganewadi is a very famous temple from Malvan located in Masure village. Anganewadi temple is renewed just before 5 to 6 years. This temple is the Bharadi goddess temple. The temple is also famous for Anganewadi Jatra which is held every year in the month of February. Jatra is held in the surrounding of the temple. This Temple is just few kms from Devgad beach to the south and 45 km from Malvan. Kunkeshwar Temple is an ancient Lord Shiva Temple is located in Kunkeshwar village, in Devgad town. This beautiful temple near the beach has fascinating architecture of temple is very much like South Indian style. Yadav Kings built this temple in 1100 A. D. and Chatrapati Shivaji who rejuvenated this temple many times was a frequent visitor to this temple. This temple is also famous as Kashi of South Konkan. Kunkeshar Temple is well maintained.
